Every class is based on the CrossFit® methodology and led by our qualified coaches. At CrossFit PMA, you’re in the best hands – whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or looking for new athletic challenges.
With our team of certified and dedicated coaches, we provide personalized small-group training tailored to you and your current stage of life.

Our programs are as diverse as our members: from parent-and-baby fitness, kids’ classes, postpartum recovery and fitness, to targeted strength and endurance training for adults — we meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll build your physical strength and enhance your overall well-being.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small, giving you the feel of a personal training experience every time.

CrossFit:

One hour to experience a classic CrossFit® training session.
With direct coaching and scaling options, it’s suitable for all levels — and it’s our main class format.
But what exactly is it?

In CrossFit®, we perform constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity!
That’s the textbook definition of CrossFit®. Of course, we could go into great detail explaining what that really means — and if you’re interested, just ask us! We love talking about it.

Drop In:

Already have CrossFit® experience and want to drop in for a session?
Click here to book your drop-in.
The drop-in fee is €25 per class — or €50 including a shirt.

CrossFit Kids:

Here, CrossFit® is adapted to different age groups. CrossFit Kids® is designed to meet the unique developmental needs of children. The training supports their neurological, cognitive, and motor development, as well as their emotional and social growth.

In a group setting, kids and teens take part in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to live a healthy, active life. The program also encourages respect and teamwork — children learn to set goals, celebrate their own progress, and support the achievements of others. Contact us, if you want to know more

Minis with parents: 

Here, parents have the opportunity to join their little ones (around ages 2 to 5) for a special class designed just for them.
Together, you’ll be guided by our coaches through fun, age-appropriate training that helps the youngest ones discover the joy of movement. Contact us, if you want to know more.

Parents with kids:

This is a special opportunity for parents to train together with their children.
In this class, participants can bring their kids (around 5 years and older) to work out side by side and share the experience of achieving goals together. Contact us, if you want to know more.

Ladies Only:

As the name suggests, this class is just for the ladies. Contact us, if you want to know more.

CrossFit für alle Lebenslagen - for all stages of life:

In this class, we adapt the workouts even more to specific life situations. Things move at a calmer pace — with quiet music and highly scaled workouts.
This class is perfect for you if you’re currently rehabbing an injury, need specific exercise modifications, don’t feel comfortable joining regular classes yet, or are a bit older. Contact us, if you want to know more.

Golden Class:

This class is dedicated to people in their later years. It’s still CrossFit®, but with an extra focus on balance, coordination, and agility.
